Background
A short introduction: my name is Tim Tucker. I'm originally from Warren, MI. I have a B.S. in Computer Science with a Minor in Fine Arts from Michigan Tech (2004) and an M.S. in Human Computer Interaction from Indiana University (2006).I'm currently looking for a job, so if you're looking to hire a creative designer with knowledge of HCI and strong programming skills, then have a look at my resume and send me an e-mail.
Interests in Exercise, Gaming
I've been playing video games since the days of the original NES and ran cross-country throughout high school and four years of undergrad. During that time I've seen that game companies have had a problem in recent years designing games that anyone and everyone can just sit down and play. I also noticed that a large number of people find exercise boring. I decided that maybe by combining the two disciplines I'd see what I could do to address both of these issues.
Design Philosophy
I strive to come up with designs that are truly original. Although I value incremental progress, I think that truely great design more often comes from taking great risks. Most of all, though, I strongly believe that "loving your neighbor as yourself" means not burdening them with poor design.
